Appointment Information

You are able to either have a telephone consultation with the doctor or health care professional, or come into the surgery. If you need to be seen urgently, it may not be possible to see your preferred doctor. If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know so that it can be made available for another patient. If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to rebook for another time in order to minimise waiting for other patients. There are a variety of ways to make an appointment:

  • You can now book your appointment with a GP or nurse at North Shore Surgery online! Simply register with our Patient Access to make a booking and start managing your healthcare online. Book an appointment using Patient Access.
